• Attends regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective to total case management of the patient by reading and discussing written progress notes from charts and communicating any state or local agency legal requirement for case management with the interdisciplinary team.
• Reports to community/state agencies any patient issues as required and represents facility in any legal proceedings.
• Provide backup services for incoming assessment and referral calls.
Qualifications: LCSW/MFT REQUIRED; masters degree in social work or equivalent masters degree in a recognized mental health field; experience with chemical dependency and relapse prevention preferred; written and oral communications skills, skills in case management, time management, and crisis intervention common to acute psychotic as well as to non-violent crises intervention practice. Knowledge of acute adult psychological disorders; advanced principals of abnormal psychology as specifically applied to adults; familiarly with follow-up resource services available to adults; skills in conducting marital and family group therapy; skills in maintaining information as highly confidential; ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentation.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stoop, crouch, reach, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Summary: To maintain a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests. To provide safe, efficient transportation services to Behavioral Health patients of ABHC.
Essential Duties:
• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment.
• General building repair and maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Routine plumbing and electrical.
• Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs and equipment.
• Respond in a timely manner to alarms and codes.
• Facility cleaning.
• Transport patients or clients to and from specified locations.
• Addresses vehicle’s minor maintenance and repair needs.
• Complies with facility safety, infection control and security program.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF JOB:
Climbing, ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps using feet, legs, hands and arms. Body agility is important. Maintaining bodily equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces. Work is considered to be very heavy, and requires exerting in excess of 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects in a manner of force, lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move said objects. Worker is subjected to environmental conditions occurring inside and outside of the building where temperatures below 40 degrees for periods of more than an hour can be found and above 100 degrees for period of more than hour can be found.
Worker is subjected to noise sufficient to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level. Worker is also subject to vibration and exposure of oscillating movements of the extremities or the whole body. Worker is subject to hazards including a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, working on scaffolding in high places and exposure to high heat and exposure to chemicals. Worker is also subjected to one or more of the following conditions which may affect the respiratory system or skin which may include fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases or poor ventilation. the workers skin and breathing air may also be exposed to oils and other fluids.
